Use NAP tax credits to reduce your 2018 Indiana taxes–and support more affordable housing!
SCIHO is excited to announce that we have received an additional allocation of Neighborhood Assistance Program (NAP) tax credits for donations made by March 31, 2018. With Neighborhood Assistance Program (NAP) tax credits, you can make a donation to SCIHO and reduce your state income tax liability by an amount equal to 50% of your donation.
This means for a gift of $100 to $25,000, you will receive fifty cents back for every dollar on your Indiana State tax returns. (If you itemize your federal tax return you are still eligible to claim your donation to the extent allowed by the IRS.) Credits are limited and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Minimum donation is $100.
The steps are straightforward to make a charitable contribution AND receive the added benefit of tax savings. Make your donation now, because credits are limited!
